Movin' On Up

Jonathan Adler is by far one of my favorite home furnishings and interior designers. A few years ago he and his partner, writer Simon Doonan, decided to sell their 1960's Shelter Island cabin and move on up to a larger piece of property in the same area. In the July issue of Architectural Digest, the two give us a peek inside their beautiful one story compound. Their home is very true to Jonathan Adler's style, it's modern but rustic. Definitely "happy chic". There's tons of bright, bold colors, and cool geometric patterns. And check out that pool pavilion. Seriously, insane. Loves it!

His & Hers

For the past couple of weeks I've been obsessed with this Jonathan Adler Mr. & Mrs. Muse Mug. I literally can't stop thinking about it. One side has full lips and the other has a mustache. I think it's safe to say we have no space for another mug in the kitchen cabinet but when I get an apartment of my own I will definitely be purchasing at least one of these. They're just so fun!
