Apple Sandwich

If you ask anyone that knows me, they'll tell you that I am the furthest thing from a healthy eater. I generally eat the most unhealthy thing I can find. But lately (somewhere in the last 12 hours) I've decided that I might need to change my lifestyle a bit. I just need to feel energized instead of tired and lazy. This apple sandwich looks like a good place to start. (I'm not really a peanut butter fan but I'm willing to try it.) Not only is it healthy but it requires no actual cooking.
