Macaroni and cheese has always been one of those nostalgic foods for me. Growing up mac and cheese was always a staple at our family barbecues. A perfect side dish to hot dogs and hamburgers. In college, easy mac was my specialty. On the nights I was too lazy to venture to the student union, mac and cheese was my go-to dinner. After that year in the dorms I developed an intolerance to dairy and have rarely had mac and cheese since. But last week I had a major craving for it and found this recipe for Mac and Cheese Cups.
