BBQ Ranch Chicken & Cheddar Roll Ups

Yesterday was maybe the second day of nice weather in New York City since spring started. After I did some much needed house cleaning, I decided to make these BBQ Ranch Chicken and Cheddar Roll Ups. They were so tasty. I barbequed chicken for the first time ever! I had some help from my dad though. I didn’t follow the recipe exactly... I kind of eyeballed everything instead of measuring, and thankfully it worked out. They tasted great and they look pretty good if you ask me.
